April is not a hard seller and found homes that worked or had the potential to work when looking for a home. April is also responsive to texts and calls. So communicating was never a problem. Working with April was amazing! She was referred to us through the Homes for Heroes program and from the first call with her it felt like she was deeply committed to helping us find the right home. It almost felt like she was buying the home for herself, that is how committed she was. After we spoke, she quickly set up a viewing perimeter based on the areas we said we wanted to live in, and once I received the daily update, I would shortlist the ones we wanted to view. Moments after texting April to ask to view them, they were on the calendar! No time was wasted, and it was almost as if she had the other agents on speed dial to set the appointments, she was that efficient. When it came to actual viewings, April was always there even before us, and as we were walking through viewing the homes, she was never pushy. She would answer our questions with honesty and with a deep understanding. She didn’t put her opinion on us, but rather waited for us to have questions, and then helped us with those decisions/questions. We toured several homes before we found the right one, and April never once seemed irritated that we had asked to tour another one. We even put in an offer early on in our search, sent the Ernest money over, but when the inspection came back, we decided that there were to many items to be corrected on the home. April never once tried to push us to move forward, she was understanding and totally committed to us still, despite this. She was always responsive to our calls and texts with lightning speed, and when we found the home we wanted, she was an excellent go between us and the seller. She negotiated without any party walking away, with a deep understanding of seller/buyer psychology that goes into a big transaction like buying a home. Finally, she handled all the paperwork/legal side excellently, explaining any questions we in simple, clear terms. We would recommend April again and again!

I used April on 2 separate Property Deals & closures. The first deal was in Angleton and the closure went very fast & smoothly, but due to environmental concerns the first property deal had to be negated. The 2nd property deal was in Sweeney and this Property deal was met with probably every challenge known to man in the Real Estate Industry. The lender we ended up using was about as green as the grass. We kept moving forward and finally was able to claim victory. April answered my questions and tried to coach me along. We FINALLY closed, but April kept my spirits high. I would use April again should the opportunity present itself.

I also want everyone to know that when selling your home seems impossible, April can get the job done! And, if there is something she is not sure of she will find out. April CAN sell manufactured housing and CAN help transition from personal property to real property. This sets April aside from other agents. As a first time relatively young buyers, both myself and my wife are deeply appreciative of April and how patient she was with us. We had gone through a few relators before April and they kind of brushed us off, and after a few showings wouldn't answer our calls/texts/etc. When we got to April we figured we be blown off again, but she stuck with us, showing after showing, and even through some very tough situations that we had with lending, even a botched closing and things taking longer than first thought, and undoubtedly would have made other agents jump ship. I am grateful to April and plan on using her again in the near future.

She successfully negotiated for the owner to make critical repairs to the house at their expense.
